- How long does a website take?
- Most Starter sites go live in about two weeks and Business Growth sites in about four, measured from the point we have your content and brand assets. Custom builds are scoped individually.
- What do you need from me to start?
- A clear idea of what the site needs to achieve, your logo and brand assets if you have them, and a point of contact who can approve decisions. We guide you through the rest with an onboarding checklist.
- Do you handle hosting?
- Yes. Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring are included in every monthly plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There is no long-term contract - cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Monthly payments are billed in advance. When hosting ends, the site is taken offline unless you purchase a migration to another host.
- Who owns the website?
- You do - content and code, outright. Cancelling only ends hosting, maintenance, and support. If you want to move the site elsewhere, we offer a paid migration service to package it up and hand it over.
- What happens after launch?
- Your monthly plan keeps the site fast, secure, and current - updates, backups, monitoring, and support are all included, and you are never locked in.
